Since being hired in January, head coach Robert Saleh has slowly been building up his coaching staff. Most of these coaches have NFL experience and something that has earned them the job. His new hire though is one of inexperience.
Robert Saleh just hired his cousin Ahmed Saleh as an assistant coach, according to CBS Sports.

Ahmed Saleh served the role of linebackers coach and special teams coordinator at Wayne State University, a division II team based in Detroit, Michigan.
It has not been revealed yet what his job will be with the Tennessee Titans, but based off of his past job he may serve as the linebackers coach or another defensive assistant.
With how little his experience is, this is an odd hire, but Saleh has faith in his cousin to do the job that he is expected.
He will likely have a job under new defensive coordinator Gus Bradley and should gain valuable experience and do his best to help this young defense that will have many rookies.
