Tennessee Titans 2025 Mock Draft: Titans Trade Back and Avoid a Quarterback

Titans receive pick 3, 65, 132, and a 2026 first.

Giants receive pick 1

Titans receive 2025 fifth and 2026 fifth

Dolphins receive 2025 Fourth

Pick 3 - Abdul Carter

There is no need to sugar code it: Abdul Carter is a beast. New Tennessee Titans general manager Mike Borgonzi has mentioned how they will not pass up a "generational talent", and Carter may be as close as it gets. The Penn State edge rusher put up 12 sacks and forcing 2 fumbles, and is a menace in both the pass game and the running game. nfldraftbuzz.com has Carter at a 100% on the pass rush scale and an 82% in the run game, showing how elite he is in both fronts. Carter would be an incredible pairing with superstar Jeffery Simmons, and rising star T'Vondre Sweat, and would lead to and incredible front 7 for the Titans.

Pick 35 - Aireonte Ersery

The Titans need offensive line help. Badly. The left side is shaping out fairly well with young lineman J.C. Latham, and Peter Skoronski, but the right side is awful. Ersery is great in both run and pass blocking, and could be a great long term lineman for the Titans. His main position is left tackle, so the Titans could either move him to right tackle or could move Latham back to his original right tackle position. The Titans could avoid selecting a tackle, however, if they sign a tackle in free agency.

Pick 65 - Barrett Carter

The Titans struggle as of recent with middle linebackers, having players such as Jack Gibbens and Kenneth Murray taking the reigns. This draft is the opportunity to get a bonafide general on defense. This man has been an all ACC first and second team member in his career, and been a finalist for the Butkus award. Especially if the Titans release Kenneth Murray, Carter could be a good young contract for the future of this team.

Pick 102 - Will Howard

May as well get a quarterback somewhere. This guy knows how to win. 35 touchdowns to only 10 interceptions this last season, and has upside for a team. He may not compete for the starting job, but may compete with Will Levis for the backup position. And hey, if we are lucky, maybe he is a diamond in the rough.

Pick 132 - Malachi Moore

The Titans need some help at safety. Amani Hooker has the strong safety spot locked up, but there is uncertainty at the opposite safety spot. Malachi Moore is a top safety in college football and has been consistent for Alabama for five years. Despite his low interception numbers, he is over a 90% in every coverage category and could be a great building piece for the Titans.

Pick 134 - Luke Kandra

You can never have too much offensive line depth. Luke Kandra could be an extra piece to help solidify our offensive line, and may even compete for a starting job if he beats out Dillon Radunz. There is not too much to add with this guard from Cincinatti, he has very solid rankings on pass and run blocking both being above 75%. Depth will always be needed, especially on the line where players get hurt often.

Pick 142 - Elijah Roberts

One pass rusher through the draft won't be enough. Chances are that both Landry and Key will be gone after this season, so all the young talent is needed that we can get. He is a large man at 6'4 285 pounds and isn't the slowest ever, running a 4.78 50 yard dash. He shines at pass rush, which has been a big struggle for the Titans over the past few years, ranking at a 92% in pass rush. He is also solid in the run game with an 82%. He could be a good player getting some defensive snaps, and could be a piece to a scary defense.

Pick 151 - Nick Nash

Even if he goes to a mid college, you can't cough at being one of FOUR triple crown winners in college football history. 104 catches, 1382 yards, and 16 touchdowns. That's absurd. The only definitive wide reciever on the rostera worth playing right now is Calvin Ridley, and Nick Nash could be a diamond in the rough stud to pair with Ridley. This guy right here is Puka Nacua 2.0. You can't miss with this pick mr. Borgonzi. Don't overthink it.

Pick 180 - Connor Colby

MORE LINE DEPTH. This guy is a run blocker through and through, with an 82% on that meter. He does struggle a bit with pass blocking only being a 69%, but like said before, the more depth on the line the better.

Pick 241 - Cooper Mays

MOREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE LINEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE DEPTHHHHHHHHHHHH. I more just did this pick because I'm a Vols fan, but Mays is the 5th ranked center in this class, and has solid ratings in pass and run blocking, and has played for the vols for a while and has been the center of that line for years. Lloyd Cushenberry could also be out for the start of the next year due to a midseason lower body injury, so Mays could fill that gap for the start of the year. More than worth the 7th round pick.
