On tuesday, August 5th, the Tennessee Titans made a much needed move to bolster their secondary by resigning veteran safety Quandre Diggs.
Diggs signed a one-year contract with the team in 2024 and would go on to play in 8 games before suffering a season ending foot injury.

Many tweets by Diggs indicated a possible return, including ones praising safety Amani Hooker and the pairs chemistry. Diggs also is reunited with former Seattle teamate Tyler Lockett, which may have helped get him to sign another contract. Rookie quarterback Cam Ward and Quandre are cousins, which may be the greatest factor in this signing.
Diggs is still an incredibly solid player and a great piece for the safety group, which now includes Amani Hooker, Quandre Diggs, Xavier Woods, and rookie Kevin Winston Jr.
What I am most excited about is seeing Diggs mentor the young rookie, as Winston has already showed great promise and may be a great safety in the future.
